Download the zip file here RSS-HTML. Once you’ve done that… Extract the files, read the Read Me file, and watch the RSS to HTML video… I’m also including a link to download SmartFTP (which was used in the video) If your unsure which version to get – grab the 32-bit version.

Now that you have all of the info you need to create dynamic content from RSS feeds to .html pages give it a try!     Dave glad you fore warned that tools like RSS to HTML are heavily used for sploging. I like the tool and it does have its non-spammy uses. Another thing to think about is your host. I have seen hosts kick you off for using tools like this.
